• $60.00 total for appointment and assessment

Foot Care Remote Fees

• $85.00 total per in-home appointment within 20 minutes outside of Thunder Bay.

• $110 total per appointments over 20 minutes outside of Thunder Bay. 

• Call for consultation regarding pricing for locations over 30 minutes outside of Thunder Bay.

ToeFx Fees

• Call for consultation regarding pricing.

Onyfix Fees

• Call for consultation regarding pricing.

Cancellations

• $10.00 fee for missing appointment without calling the day prior to cancel or reschedule.
