• $85.00 total per in-home appointment within 20 minutes outside of Thunder Bay.

• $120 total per appointments over 20 minutes outside of Thunder Bay. 

• Call for consultation regarding pricing for locations over 30 minutes outside of Thunder Bay.

ToeFx Fees

Onyfix Fees

Cancellations

• $60.00 cancellation fee with less than 24 hours notice.
